Planner Printing Specs and Tips:
standard 8.5x11 page size, portrait
170 pages total/85 pgs. double sided - not including front and back cover
black and white
heavier weight 28lb bond/70lb text, paper recommended (these are equivalent, just different names per print shop)
Printing in-person at Staples on a self serve copier takes about 5 minutes and cost $40 (about .24 a page). Many office supply stores and local print shops also have online options to print and bind with contactless delivery. Just be sure to remember to opt for double sided printing.
Spiral binding costs an additional $6 for both front and back coated cardstock covers offered in a variety of colors. Another easy binding option is using a 1/2” ring binder which allows you to add and remove pages and incorporate monthly dividers and tabs.
